Stupid thing just happened. The agent I talked to told me that IRCC sent the Schedule A request by MAIL last week. Excellent, isn't it!
I don't know when I will have it.
The sponsor's mailing address is in Canada, but we are both living in Turkey and our residential address is Turkey.
Will they send the request to Canadian address or Turkey? Anyone experienced something like this? Or any idea?

I Called them and the agent said they will base everything according on ur mailing address. Had the same mistake for my spouse. She's living in Singapore but her mailing address is Manila. Now CPC forwarded a portion of the file to Manila instead of Singapore. I asked if I can change this and they said it would be 2-3 months delay if we do that. So this means if there is already a PPR, it has to be sent to Manila. >:(

You have to write a letter with your signature to turkey and canada describing what you want to do, that is to change VO to Turkey instead. Hope that helps, good luck!

Yeah. I was puzzled and asked which address the letter was sent, the agent wasn't sure if it was Turkey or the sponsor's mailing address in Canada.
So, no info about the address, no tracking number, I don't even know if I will get the letter or not.

I am just thinking, can my application be refused at this point? I passed my medical check, sponsor approval has arrived, etc.

I have submitted Sched A on april 6 and still no email of receipt.

i think the only time they would correspond via snail mail would be if you didn't put an email contact on your application

Sigh. Hopefully this will be my last question about calling CIC, but I'm really stressed out! Is the call centre operating on Eastern Time? Because when I have gone to the page, it says "your local time," which for me would be PST.

For those who have rung immigration from outside of Canada, what number did you use? I just tried ringing +1 613 944 4000, but when I went through the menu options to speak to someone about visas, it suddenly became an automated message saying I couldn't "ring this tollfree number from my destination". I was on a cellphone, if that makes a difference. I don't actually have a landline to ring from

Just wanting to check on my application. Received 31/3 and no emails yet

I (the sponsor) got the AOR few weeks ago and we linked the app immediately.

My wife just received th Schedule A and Police Record request. Seems we're lucky as we have the upload button in GC Key.

However, no trace of the SA (and ecas still shows "In Process").... ???

Is it the "usual" flow (if there's such thing with CIC)
