Thanks for getting back on this. Sorry can I ask how much time they took after you phone them to get the instructions e-mail and request for uploading PCC & Schedule -A ?

Hi there. I noticed your signature says you received a webform response today. Do you mind sharing what it says. We also submitted schedule A twice (first electronically signed then printed and hand signed) but we haven't received any response and that was since the 14th.

Does anyone know how if File transfer has a dependency on Medical submission?

Funny our doc's xray machine is broken and they don't know when it ll be fixed. So the medical is getting delayed. I am hoping the file transfer happens without submission of medicals

No it doesn't, the CIC rep yesterday told me that the medical submission is actually reviewed by a team in Ottawa. They'll look at the medical results and make a decision on whether you passed or or not and upload it to your file. The VO reviewing your file will just look at the PASS/NO PASS while he's going through the application. But it's completely separate from file transfer.

For me it was less than 24 hrs. I called them one evening and next morning I had instructions in CIC account. Hope this helps.
