Has anyone gotten SA this week? It feels like the process has slowed recently. My partner's status on mycic changed to eligibility check in process and background check changed from "not applicable" to "the next step is to conduct a background check". Does that mean I've been approved as sponsor already since they seem to be working on the PA application now?

Does it matter who makes the CIC account and connects the application?

I made my wife a CIC account and connected the sponsorship application under her account.
or
do i have to connect it under my CIC account as the sponsor?

I don't think it matters if you use yours or your wife's account to link the application once you link using your wife's details (UCI or application number) which it seems you have since you were successful in linking.

Hello dear, does it means the schedule A need to be signed by hand ?

Honestly, I'm not quite sure. But I would do it just in case. I believe someone said all signatures should be by hand
