Hey Guys,
just a Quick question, I have attached My Wife's File(Principal Applicant) to the My CIC account after i received their Email. Do i need to attach the sponsor file to my CIC account as well? or should i just monitor only the PR application of my wife and not my sponsor application?

Any insight will be appreciated.

So, PA has sent his schedule A form and PCC via the webform on April 10. Deadline is May 1. How many business days would you recommend I wait before calling to see if they have received the forms and attached them to the application? I would have to take a day off work to be able to call, so I'm trying to figure it out.

10 business days. Keep in mind that this friday and monday are holidays here in canada

I just received an email today from CPC mississauga that they initiated a refund of 550$ since I overpaid the fees. Although my application was transferred to Ottawa on 23rd of march but they still didn't request any papers. I'm trying to call but every time they say due to high volume of calls... and the calls ends. I sent them through IRCC webform schedule A although they didn't request it. when do you guys suggest to call them . At what time

Hey! You should call them early morning from 8AM-10AM I think. I call around 2-3PM several times....and usually gets through. Good luck

did u call CIC?

No i did not call them yet. There is more to my story. First i sent my application on feb 14 2017. They received my file. After that i did not get anything from them. Till date i dont know what happened to my old file. I called them multiple times almost everyday. Different reply from different agents. They even sent an inquiry to mississauga office and nothing happened. They could not find anything in the system. After a long wait i sent new application. Soo i am frustrated i am scared like hell buttttttt still trying to be POSITIVE

Below are our timelines:

Application sent - 24th March, 2017
Application received - 27th March, 2017
AOR1 - 10th April, 2017

Next step is to wait for sponsorship approval or request for Schedule A. We have submitted PCC upfront.

we received our medical request last night PH time. But we haven't yet submitted Schedule A which they required us before they transfer our application to our visa office. We unable to upload schedule a to mycic. Can anyone please help us, how to upload a file to IRCC webform?

I logged onto my CIC and it says
"Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM
5669) bearing an original signature. Your Schedule A has gaps in the Personal history. Please
complete ensuring that you do not leave any gaps in time.

Please reply directly to this email and put your application number in the title"

My partner didn't get an email, so I don't know who to email it back to, it doesn't say anywhere on the letter.
And on the email I got, the title says do not reply.

Has anyone gotten SA this week? It feels like the process has slowed recently. My partner's status on mycic changed to eligibility check in process and background check changed from "not applicable" to "the next step is to conduct a background check". Does that mean I've been approved as sponsor already since they seem to be working on the PA application now?

We currently preparing our outbound application. One thing I can't seem to understand is, can apply for the sponsorship online? Meaning submit all forms online. Previously my spouse unsuccessfully applied for a student permit a couple of years back, all done online.

Do we have the same option for a spouse PR?

Unfortunately, Spousal Sponsorship apps CANNOT be submitted online. They have to be mailed to CPC Mississauga
