Hi thereI'm having the exact same issue. It is excessively frustrating. My GCKey says that they need more documents from me, but there are no messages telling me what documents are needed. It's been almost 3 months since they received my application. I feel like a glitch in a system has basically put our applications at a standstill. I have no way of calling them, as I am in the US, and there are no legal routes for actual verbal communication that I've managed to find. I have sent about 4 technical reports to which they have replied about 3 times telling me they are working on it, or that they have fixed the issue, and each time the issue persists, so I just fill out another technical issue report. I am out of ideas... any suggestions would be appreciated from my end as well.
If you wanna call the center which is highly recommended, charge your Skype, and dial this number first +1 (613) 944-4000 , follow the instructions, you will be transferred to call center afterwards. I did it, it worked.
