It was around Nov 27th I guess when I was checking my account I saw the change in additional documents part. I have no idea when I will receive my PR card, when I send them my photos from Vancouver to Sydney, it took 5 days. Vice versa, I don’t know it yet. I will update here.

It always takes more than 6,7 times to connect, and the wait time is always at least 45 mins.

Try to call and talk to an agent as soon as possible.

Hey guys A few days ago I called IRCC and chose self-service. Before reading from my CIC account, the system says : if your photos were received on or after September 14th, it's not yet been processed and it will take 70 days. Really funny!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi An agent told me it may take more than 2.5 months. I have been waiting for 48 days and no updates. Send your photos as soon as possible. As usual, they are facing backlogs.

Call CIC and try to talk to an agent. You can check myCIC account as well especially the additional documents part. See if it's uploaded or being reviewed.

Really strange; Mine was like yours but is now changed to “...has been uploaded”. My photos were received on Oct 16th.

Did you check your CIC account? It should be said that the documents you provided are being reviewed or are uploaded. Go and check the status there.
