the reason why i know this? do you watch "Border Security" on National Geography channel here? you can watch it on youtube too.. they show you how CBSA conducts airport interviews...
She will need eTA but not visa, It's legal for her to visit her husband or even come for vacation and there in no reason why she should be banned unless misrepresentation or crimes and as she has application in process it's enough to prove that she will go back after her visit.phil832 said:But, Is it legal or illegal ?
