The call centre said there must have been some error on CIC office regarding the email. He's not really aware what might have been the problem why they have send it through my wife's previous representataive when in fact we didn't use any representative with this application. But rest assured he said that all the upcoming transactions will be through our email. And yes, finally we got aor1 last april 16. Hope for SA soon!!!
