My husband (from a non visa country) did his medical Aug. 19 (no upfront) and we received his PR October 20. The date approved stamped on the PR document is September 30. Hope that helps with a time line for you.

I would write a note explaining that you realized that their are some mistakes on the document and sent them a full corrected document. I wouldn't wait for them to ask for it. This is my opinion, see what others suggest.

If you don't enter by the date specified on the COPR then you forfeit your PR and will have to reapply and start from zero. You'll have to pay all the fees again as well.
