I hope it will be shorter for you since CSQ is the last thing needed to complete your file.

I don't know how the time will be this year because of Express Entry, but I'm crossing my fingers that we see a speed up this summer.

AOR Received: 04/28/2015

We are still waiting for sponsor approval. I just check my ECAS they said is on Decision Made. I'm very confuse for our status. We don't know if we reject or approve in our application? I check my email but still don't have receive a email from to CIC.

If you got no other emails from CIC it generally means you were approved as sponsor and your file will now be transferred to visa office where your spouse resides in. 97 to 98% sponsors are generally approved so you got nothing to worry about . Phase 2 now begins. You will get an email within 5 to 7 days.
