Hey Luna21, we have the same timeline. I called the CIC today and they said to wait for a week or two.

I called and they said to wait still working on application for. March 3rd and mine was received on March 4th.. They now tell me that they don't have my email address.. I am sooo worried now

Wait until tomorrow when they update the website.
And ask for them to insert an email address when you call. That's what my wife did today and they send me the approval letter 1 hour after that.

It depends on the VO (mail between London and Canada is faster than Havana and Canada), both mailing time and the volume processed. There is nothing on eCAS between SA and AOR2 (if you receive an AOR2).

It's best to call on the same day that they update the Process Times page (normally Thursdays). Did they add your email address to your file?

Well, in my case that's how it happened today.
Maybe it depends on who pick up the phone... who knows.
And most likely, yes, you were approved.
The approval rate is 98% as Mapleson says

You're almost there.
I'm march 9 applicant and my SA was given a few days ago, before Ecas update and the email just received today.
