Hi Folks,
Can you please advise, I am heading to India to get married and I had to resign my job as it is a 2 month leave and they were not ready to give me a paid vacation. My annual income is around 35000$. But since I am not having any Job at present or at the time of sending an application. will it create any problem.

Thank you. Have a nice weekend.
Would they not give you an unpaid leave of absence? It's not a problem, but I would suggest informing CIC to be on the safe side.
For Americans with AOR, it's a 50% chance of receiving your SA within a week. However, there are American cases where the combined Rec'd to SA still takes the posted 62-63 days.
If you had DM in eCAS, the odds are 98% that you have been approved, roughly equal to flipping a coin and calling it correctly 6 times in a row. I haven't actually heard of the process of a negative Decision Made, but I would assume you'd be contacted first with the option to withdraw before it was marked denied.
If you are getting an AOR/SA by normal mail, it can be up to 2 weeks to be delivered to your mailbox.
CIC doesn't work on weekends, but automated emails are processed in off-hours to reduce the system load (there are about 20,000 applications being dealt with at CPC-M at any one time, so anything that can be shifted to non-peak hours is).
