There is No Holiday Today In Canada.It is Not Long Weekend.All Mondays are not Holidays Neither for Banks nor for Federal Employees.

Ah the May 2-4 weekend, the third Monday in may, the Monday before Queen Victoria's birthday. At least in Ontario, it's the May 2-4 weekend, as it's common to by a flat (a 2-4 with 24 cans) of beer and open the cottage for the summer.

I still can't check my status on eCas? Haven't received SA. Got AOR on april 16th. How long i have to wait

we r in same boat I got my AOR on 18th April and hasn't got anything after that .....hope we all get cleared this week

Ok we have SA. I want to know how long will it take for CIC to grant a PR? Does anyone know the average time after receiving SA? I went on CIC website and it said 15 months for processing stage 2.

So I first got an email saying i needed an interveiw in vancouver. Then a week later i get one saying its cancelled and now they are telling me i need to send in some more information to them but they are saying i need to send them every photo copy of my passport. Then it also says i need to send in this as per appendix c which says i need to send in my original passport.

What should i do? Send in my passport and the photo copies?

Do you already have SA? If so then get in contact with your visa office to verify this.

Don't worry we are all still waiting, I got my AOR April 17, unless you are an American who somehow gets SA in 3 - 5 days, we should all be getting ours very soon, hopefully this week? Today even? Fingers crossed.
