From the 2015 Spreadsheet, the average times are 64 days from Received to SA and 8 days from AOR to SA. The maximum was 95 days and 36 days, respectively.

Yess I checked online and they said about 61 days but it also says that they are still working on Feb 19th applications, and I thought it may not have been most updated. I'm hoping to get something by the first to second week of May.

They were working on Feb. 19 applications from April 14, doesn't mean they still are today being April 25, chances are they are further along then what is posted

The applicant approval process is much more intensive than for the sponsor. New Delhi processes 50 cases every day and about 8% of the total in the world. India has a population larger than Europe, but 10 offices. It's understaffed, not sleepy.

In more positive news, I received my AOR by email this morning! I literally woke up about thirty seconds before it arrived, and thought it was my wife saying good morning. Good morning indeed!
