4.Communication History like Emails,Phone call details,Viber, whats app,Skype call details.
8.Any other evidence like Joint bank account or insurance policy where spouse is beneficiary or any other proof of your genuine and ongoing relationship
Garry2008...you helped with valuable information in the other thread as well. Quick question about your suggestion on communication history...How do I get history from viber and Skype? In whatspp it was pretty straighforwarrd...but I cant figure out how to get that history from Skype and Viber. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Not sure about Viber, because I never used it.
For Skype, you can either download a third party history download tool, or simply copy and paste from the conversation box manually into Word. I tried both and ended up choosing the latter option. Just personal preference.

About Skype: I also used skypelog view. It takes the ideal chat history (date, duration, incoming...).

Here is my situation. My spouse had applied for her visitor visa before our marriage(her cousin lives in Canada and invited her). She got her visitor visa approved before marriage. She will be traveling pretty soon. I wanted to know what kind of questions and documents will the immigration officer request at the port of entry?

they may not ask her for anything. if they do, most likely it will be proof of ties to her home country (ie: housing/employment proof) and/or proof of her pr application (ie: receipts). CBSA doesn't just go around asking people to prove their intention/ties/pr application, nor is it a requirement to carry this information. it all depends on the answers provided to the questions asked. If she uses the right language "i'm here visiting" and acts like a true visitor, then there's a good chance she will just be let through at primary.

Hi,

I'm just wondering how long it takes to receive the confirmation letter once approved?

I'm sponsoring my Irish husband, who was approved for PR in early Feb. There's no sign of a letter to confirm this, our immigration consultant verified it via phone, but said we still have to wait for the letter to come. It's been 6 weeks now...nothing.

Anyone have an idea?

Ps - our immigration consultant is useless which is why I'm asking here

Thanks

currently, receiving AOR (acknowledgement of receipt) is taking 65ish days, it was taking about 90 until just recently. At this time, January applicants are receiving notification. you will not hear anything until then, and at that point it is the sponsor who is notified of status.

Keep in mind that immigration is a waiting game and everything is out of your control.
Try to relax, work, think about something else and it will come at the right time.
