I was able to access ECAS today using mine and my sponsor's details.

Good to know that my own Client ID was recognized by the system!

However, my med results haven't been marked as received yet; nothing to fret over I'm sure.

I'm finally able to log in to my Ecas on both parts.
It says:

Sponsor's portion
We received your application to sponsor xxxxx xxxxxxxx's on March 9, 2015.

We started processing your application on April 16, 2015.

Aplicant's portion:
We received xxxxx xxxxxxxx's application for permanent residence on March 9, 2015.

Medical results have been received.

Same with me I hope we all get our SA at the end of this week or next week! Glad it's going well for us March people!

Guys if you can't access your ECas yet just wait a week they update it every Tuesday.. I was able to finally access it today which is Tuesday here in Canada with my UCI my file number did not work.

Is AOR the same thing as client ID number?

Is AOR the same thing as client ID number?

No AOR is Acknowledgement of Receipt in that email/ letter they will include your UCI # if you are the sponsor. And for the person being sponsored by you they can use the file number to log in with their info.
