Congrats everyone, so since AOR is quick hope the process is quick as well.
Now.. Is it just me or does the March 2014 Spreadsheet looks like some applicants got deleted???!!! :'(
Also the chart got deleted minu23 was talking about earlier..
But I'm against locking up the spreadsheet so only admins can edit it.. what are other people's though?

I don't find any changes on the spreadsheet :'( but still lets not lock up the sheet. All applicants, Do not make any changes on the spreadsheet other than editing your own personal info. That would help us a lot. Thanks for your understanding.

I think, google docs has option to enable approval for any changes. That way, whatever changes done by users will be on hold till the admin review and say go!

That sounds good, could we possibly do that??

I feel, that is better. It will not lock the spreadsheet for editing but every modification can be managed. Let me see if i can explore that option I can share it.

but this the second time someone has screwed up with the "Days to AOR" formula.. (which I just fixed)
I vote that we lock(permission) it in mid April after all the applicants add their basic info on the spreadsheet.
Is there no way to just allow the person to add his/her line only?

We were facing the same problem in our Feb spreadsheet so we did lock the spreadsheet and limit the access to two person
