Manila visa office is currently sneering visas out to majority of the August applicants. It's gonna be a while before they process ours. JS

I`m a March applicant as well, our application was received on 13th March and then transferred to the Nairobi office in April 22. It`s going to be a long waiting process so i`ve made myself busy with my husband, being there for each other and we`re not taking a look of the Ecas everyday or else we might lose it, :'( we`ll be checking it once in a week and of course checking our emails its a must, just in case they might send something on our inbox or on the spam as well.

just wait for an AOR from your visa office sometimes they never send it but your file should be in your visa office already

I know im suppose to get the AOR from them but what is the AOR all about ? Does the AOR means they have my file or that the are processing my application already ? How long will it take them to send me an AOR ? Srry about all the questions i just have alot ! And this is moré stressful cuz apperently the canadian embassy in México is on strike

Where did they transfer your file ? :s thats what I dont get you get the AOR and then they transfer everyones file to the embassy or how does that works ?

Hello there!

Immediately after your Sponsor is approved your file is transferred to your Visa Office (in your case Mexico)
Mexico then is supposed to send you the AOR (Acknowledge of Receipt) I many cases VO's do not send AOR's so if you get one you are lucky.
Either way they are supposed to start working on your file any moment now. Only thing you can do is wait for their first move!

hi mrs.patel, you will either get on your email or a letter will come at your home regarding file no. i hope by this time you must have received sponsorship approval. if not check your inbox, spam , junk e.t.c.

regarding the AOR stage 2, your representative country office , they will send you email regarding receipt of file. if you not yet received you can ask them.

i hope it clears your point.
