    CEM barely even sends 2nd AOR tho. The only thing I'm looking forward to right now is the PPR which will probably take a couple more months. Roughly around September or October, if we're lucky.

    Just look for someone from NSO who can get you around the normal waiting process and it should be fine. Same applies to DFA and all the other places in the Philippines.     Regarding the NSO certified marriage certificate. If you have "connections" you can actually get it in less than a month. I got mine within 2 weeks span. Wife and I got married in December, brought all the documents back with me in January.
