That's what I thought. I'm a fulltime student (student loans and grants, if I worked full time I wouldn't get enough money go figure -_-) so when we applied I included this information and bank statements. Husband works full time, we have some savings (not 10k, but pretty close). Apparently they now have decided that I never provided information proving that I can support him, since I don't work, and they've been looping around and not giving me a response about exactly what they want... first they told me proof of funds over 10k. I contacted them asking them WTF was up with that, NOW they just keep replying with a standardized response form saying they need a letter from my employer or my Option C printout from CRA... which only has the non-taxable income from my grants/bursaries. It's incredibly frustrating. I don't know if I should send them bank statements with our ~8-9k in savings, lists of our finances, proof of my loans, proof of his current employment, etc, or if I should start looking for a job ASAP... (which would screw me over and make me unable to finish the year I have left of school)
