They did this to us as well. The said they send an email to us and we never got it.. It wasn't until we emailed them did they send another email out with the original letter attached. I think it's just Kingston tripping at times..

Did you send in any FBI clearance when you sent in your paperwork? You are suppose to send it for every place you lived for a period longer than 6 months. You should probably send it in as soon as possible (if you haven't already) as that may be a hold up on your file. And if they are reviewing...

You can send it in however they may ask for a new one before your file is complete. I had to send one for my hubby after I had sent in my file as well.
