It did not say in process. On the applicant side it says application received then Med received. I noticed this after sponsorship approval...

Same thing happened to my case. Status is still "Application Received" but they added "Medicals received" along with it. It happened last friday 14th Sept.

Well, it would seem the VO in Seattle was spot-on. I checked my e-cas and it says that the application is now in process as of September 12, 2012.

I didn't send my medicals with my application. I wanted it to be requested so that they don't expire. So thats why I sent my application at end of March and did my medicals when VO requested in July.

They sent you the approval letter! and did not ask you to resubmit the application!

Something is wrong...it should work with the info you received in your sponsorship approval letter (you should have received decision on your sponsorship in a letter by now)

Make sure all the information are consistent and you are using the right information for example
UCI: is not file number
First, lastname, dob... are the corresponding of sponsor or applicant
