My wife got her PP within a week. She got DM on 30th Aug and she got her PP back on 4th Sept.

You should get your PP in this week.

There is no time line on when the VO has to send you the passport back. It could take from 1 week to 1 month depending. Not alot you can do if they don't send it fast, it is part of this waiting period! Sucks I know!

Nothing from Paris LVO.

Our package containing more photos, fresh police certificates and proof of communication will be posted tomorrow for Paris.
Let's see if that wakes them up. Not sure how much this one will cost for mailing. The photos add a lot of weight to the envelope....

Nada here. I've been anxious. Been just over a month since going in process. Makes me wanna drive out to Ottawa and knock on their doors to see if they actually WORK or just stuff their faces with donuts

It still says application received and no change since file transfer to Ottawa!

I'm not sure if Ottawa would really be doing anything other than sending information to the VO in the US. I am curious as to what exact role Ottawa plays though..

They review applicant file, review/do medical, background, security checks...etc
The idea of the sheet is to keep track of Ottawa progress among ourselves

I understand, I'm just not sure if they actually do all of that because ours still doesn't say medical rec'd even though it's no longer in Ottawa. I know they review the file, just not sure about medical and security checks. Who knows!!! The LA sheet is in my signature.

It did not say in process. On the applicant side it says application received then Med received. I noticed this after sponsorship approval...
