No UCI number does not work and neither does file number......website says they update that database weekly....but who knows....I will just keep trying and eventually it will work.......maybe this afternoon....tried this morning and no luck......

tried it last night and this morning and it does not work for me either. it's relieving to know that it's not just me... hopefully by the end of today it will work.

It can take a few dates before they update everything I know when I first signed on to mine it still didnt say Decision Made on my sponsorship application so keep trying

Patel, I'm looking at your timeline, wondering if I'm reading correctly???

You submitted your application at the beginning of March 2012, had your sponsorship approved AND have already had your file assessed and they've asked for your passport, meaning, you'll be able to land soon?

Or is it that they've requested your PP in order to give you some kind of extended visitor's visa now that your sponsorship application has been approved?

Sorry for my confusion, but the former seems crazy fast when others haven't even received their sponsorship approval yet, and they applied before or shortly after you did, let alone having had their PR application reviewed and granted.

Hey Guyz,

i called CIC on Wednesday when they said my file was approved and forwarded to NEW DELHI on June 12th, i have the UCI and the file number as well. I am not able to see any update on ECAS.

can you guys advice how long does it take for me to check the status on ECAS.

my application was received by CPC-M on march the 9th.

please advice.

And what is the process once the file is forwarded to VO..

It only takes a few days to be able to login to ecas. Just try once a day.

Second step ---> New Delhi - India 8 months.

one there are not sending the application right away from Canada, B the other country is taking there own time to process this case.

They should let these immigration officers away from there spouse for good 1 year, then they would know the importance of processing the case faster..LOL ;D

just saw the step 2 processing time... it got updated like 2months before. buffalo processing time increased by 1 month..! which means 1 year. seems like we cant even celebrate our anniversary together...
