The visa office should have given you instructions, because the details depend upon which office is asking for the information. If you do not provide them with a return envelope then they mail them back via normal postal mail.Jessicakez said:Hello everyone ! I have an issue that I would like help on. My lawyer doesnt answer my questions or guide me. Immigration has asked for our passports. First they said they would accept scanned copies so thats what I sent. Then we got the same letter back. Requesting everything. So now I need to figure out exactly how I need to mail everything out. I am in canada at the moment and would like everything mailed here. From what I understand I do not include a return evelope ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated so I can make sure I mail it out correctly.Thank you !
I had to send my physical passport to LA and they sent it back to my company's office in the US via USPS express mail (it was the only option: USPS express in the US or regular mail in the US or Canada.) Ottawa works differently, as does Seattle.
