Hi Guys,

I need your valuable comments. I did not send one out of my two PCCs from UK with my application as it was delayed in post. I received it 10 days after sending my application.

My UK PCC is dated 23rd of March and it will be three months old on the 22nd of June. My PER date is 28th of April but my e-cas status is still CIO ER Complete. And I do not think it will change to RBVO or whatever in next 4-5 weeks. I thought before if I hear anything from London VO then I will send my PCC without their request. But looks like I won't be hearing anything from London VO before 20th of June.
I do not want to waste my PCC and do not want another 120 days delay when they will request my PCC.

So what do you guys suggest. It is clear that still I have to send them PCC at later stage, but what do you say, specially;

Wicky, I am not on the list but I will respond anyway... ;D. I have a similar experience; I sent 1 PCC at the time of application. My PCC from London delayed thus only sent PCC for my current country of residence. As soon as my case is transfered to VO, am gonna send my London PCC before it expires cos u don't really lose anything sending it in advance..they may still ask for a a new one..fine. but if lucky enough, the old one might just suffice.

Hi seniors..I need your help..CIC received my application on march 09, 2011. It's almost 3 months already and I still haven't received any email from CIO. I am really worried now because all of the march applicant they already received their PER within 1 month. The IELTS that I submitted was ACADEMIC.. Is this the reason why I am not receiving email? Will CIC deny my application or they will return my documents/application? please help..Thank you

Dear Friend,
I would suggest you to contact CIO ASAP. CIC call centre number: +16139444000, then dial 1-2-1-2-1. You will listen recorded voice and will ask you for file number, as you don't know any thing about your application so just hang on there and after few moment you will be connected with a customer service agent. Agent will ask you few security question about your application, so make sure you have all of your papers with you and hopefully they will provide you all information you need.

I emailed them when I was sure my application will b returned bt they didnt answer me may b bcoz I emailed them before 6 week,though I got back everything within 6 week so I didn't email them again

thats great news shah0207! we hope we all start receiving our 2nd file num soon. When I check the ecase status, I always find last date modified as 2010-08-05 at the bottom left corner. Is there another date that we can refer to in order to see when our status is being updated or is this the only date? PLease would really appreciate advice. All the best to all.

@Wicky. I can only say what would I do if I were you. I'd prefer to wait for the VO to ask for them. And if you get stressed then you can always pay for express process. I know it's a big difference but they make us pay through all the process about everything,eh?
I didn't submit any PCC for that reason. From here I can get it in 3-4 weeks but it's free, so I just request once a month. But I will also need from the UK and I'm prepared to pay that extra amount already....

applied to cio: 5 march 2011
got per: 11 april 2011

now my current application status is rbvo since 9 may 2011 . Can anyone of you tell me how long it take to change the status from rbvo into in process . My visa office is london and i am from pakistan.

Just checked my ECAS and it has changed to IN PROCESS. It also says they started processing June 3,2011. Soooooooooo happy!

We share almost same period of processing so far where my PER date falling exactly on same date as yours.

However, my status changed to 'RBVO' just on 3 June (last week), almost a month after yours....every VO has it's own way to take over the things.

Did u get 2nd AOR?

Just checked my ECAS and it has changed to IN PROCESS. It also says they started processing June 3,2011. Soooooooooo happy!

Here's some good news for London VO March 2011 Applicants...i just had my RBVO status (since May 08, 2011) changed to In-process (June 02, 2011)...hoping to get 2nd AOR soon...

Hope all are good! i asked this previously before but no one answered.
I shared about my email to CIO with you but still no news from there side? No PER no nothing i applied on 23rd March under FSW2 AEO and my CC charged on 30th March 2011, CIO mail replied that its under process and you will be informed in due course of time.

@Wicky you recieved same mail but with a FILE number atleast, i got nothing i mailed then again on thursday last week lets what comes out of it.

@wicky about your PCC question, here the PCC we got in Pakistan have a validity of 1 year , so i dont think so there must be any problem

Hmm strange that almost 2 and a half months. If you see at spread sheets the PER is received within 30-40 days max. Some even under 1 month. Better email them again or call them to check what happened?
