I applied same time with you they just contacted my sponsor recently so I think they are on my file now…Have they contacted your employer or sponsor yet??

Hi, they've contacted my supporter, I believe you must have gotten your nomination by now...

Could you please update your timeline from when your supporter was contacted?

I will appreciate anyone with versed knowledge could help me with a piece of information on when I should be expecting feedback from when my supporter is contacted

They also requested an additional document and they acknowledged the recipient when I sent it, don't know if the same is applicable to your case.

Am a bit curious because it's 5 months already since I submitted, and I noticed some got the nomination within 2 or 3 months of submission.

Thanks all.

Hello experts
I applied for mpnp in June 11th 2023. My lmia based work permit is going to expire in September 4th 2023. I asked my employer for new lmia but he refused. ACC. To current wait time mpnp will take 4 months to process file. What should I do to extend my work permit?
I think for people who applied to Express Entry they can apply for a bridging work permit while their application is being processed. You can maybe check if the same would apply in the case of a PNP application?

Unfortunately you cannot extend work permit unless you find a new job in a company that gives you another lmia. If I was you, I would start searching another job right now. You could apply to bridge work permit if you already received AOR in the federal part of the immigration program

Hi,
For skilled worker in Manitoba:
If employee is working for more than 6 months on a closed work permit(LMIA) with a full time job offer . Does the employee need new job offer from the same employer when submitting EOI or the same job offer is fine which was initially provided at time of LMIA?

Hi Everyone here, It's been more than a month since MPNP contacted my supporter and my status still shows "Assessment in Process"

Is anyone in this state? and anyone with information on what should be delaying the outcome?

So worry here.

According to their website, it might take 6 montha to get an answer if approved or not, but it can happen earlier than 6 months

Hello, Do you perhaps know if we can apply for work permit extension if we are waiting for MPNP processing (already got LAA and submitted the full application)? Thanks in advance

Based on your current employment situation at RBC Bank, being on a 1-year contract, your eligibility for the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) depends on whether the contract job meets the program's criteria for work experience and employer eligibility. If you complete at least 6 months of continuous employment and meet other requirements such as language proficiency and connection to Manitoba, you may be eligible. However, it's advisable to consult with an MPNP officer for personalized guidance on your specific circumstances..

I have a question, PLEASE HELP!!!!

I applied for MPNP under the International student stream - Career Employment Pathway or that's what I intended, after submitting the EOI i received a PDF file with my score and realized it says:

"Your EOI Results
Based on the information you provided in your Expression of Interest, you appear to qualify as a Skilled Worker Overseas" (I'm not overseas, I'm in Winnipeg

And is not giving me the 500 points for being working in manitoba for over 6 months and to have a position that fall under the noc 0,a, b

I should have 940 points and is only giving me 440, what should I do? Is it a glitch?

PLEASE HELP, thanks in advance
