thanks a lot sa immunization po balak kasi ni wifey na baby book na lang ang dalhin need pa ba namin punta sa pedia nila para kumuha ng immunization record nila o okay na yung baby book nila. at isa pa po sa school record po kasi ng kids ko card, tor, good moral at baptismal certificate ang inayos ni wifey. kulit nga ng wifey sabi mag ayos ayos na daw hehehehee eto ngayon ako nangungulit.

Sa bluecross kami binili ng ate ko ng insurance good for 3 months. Tatlo kami and 688 canadian dollars for all na ito. 100k ang coverage for each. You have to be honest sa pre existing illnessess mo kasi di yun covered. Pag nagkasakit ka, pwedeng bayaran mo muna sa hospital then reimburse.

Pls call Edna Reyes, marketing mgr ng BOC sa West Triangle branch and ask her kung pwede kayo pagawa demand draft kahit di depositor. Search nyo na lang sa internet ang number ng BOC.

tinang punta ka ng lto then sabihin mo need mo ng certifate going to canada then pakita mo yung license then yung certificate na galing sa kanila sila na rin mismo ang magfoforward nun sa DFA para sa red ribbon sasabihin saiyo kung kailan mo kukunin. iba yung bayad sa lto at sa dfa dala ka ng 250 okay na yun.

Noel, pag makuha mo ang passport mo may mga other docs doon young cert of permanent res docs and pdos info, meron din doon immunization form na naka itemize mga required vaccines ng mga anak natin tapos papirmahan mo young form sa pedia mo. Hindi pwede ang baby book. The school where you will enrol your kids will require this immunization form.
