I guess this has been answered in the Tagalog thread? But anyway, for Appendix A, just you and your spouse. You don't need to include spouse's passport info since he's not accompanying/he's the sponsor.NewbieMay said:Hi everyone!
I hope i am in the right place to ask this question since i've been searching the web for quiries and since this is a forum with all the people having the same situation with mine, guess i can find the answer i've been looking for.
So, i received an email from the embassy for my passport and they are asking for 3 docs:
Appendix A
AOM
Passport
and i have a lot of questions in regrards with this appendix A.
-It says here that all members of the family accompanying or not should fill up the form ( when they say members of the family? do they mean my parents and siblings? or just me and my husband.
- is it one form per family member?
- if family means parents and siblings, the form says applicant? ill just fill in their names? and ill just sign on the principal applicant area?
-do i need to send in photo? since they attached a file with a photo specs, if yes? how many?
im sorry if i have lots of questions but i hope somone here can enlighten me.
one more thing, so after this step (PPR) how long woukd it take for the visa to be release.
thank you and i hope someone can help me.
I'm really sorry to hear about your application.davidalastair said:Received email from MPs office stating:
"Please be advised that the applicant's medical results expired on 01 August 2013. Re-medical instructions were sent electronically today. The file is in queue for eligibility assessment by the Visa Officer.
We trust this information is of assistance.

They haven't requested the passport yet. Seems like some get PPR really early, and some quite late in the game. Makes it hard to get a feel for any standard procedure, and adjust our own expectations of how near or far we might be from the end of the process.
It's been more than 14 months now since original application submitted. My partner has appointment to do remed tomorrow, but oh this whole thing just sucks the life right out of us!
can you take a video of it 8) 8) ;DIay said:I don't even care what I'm wearing, il do that cartwheel when I get the "DECISION MADE"

Thanks so much Iay. Means a lot just to even have acknowledgement for the difficult situationIay said:I'm really sorry to hear about your application.
PPR is usually done early in the process, so I don't know if they intentionally skip that stage for you, or they totally forgot about it.
Now that your spouse is doing re-medical, I'm positive you're almost done with this process. There is nothing we can do now, they have already delayed you and even went over the standard processing time.
Do not stop bugging your MP after your spouse's re-medical. They should release her Visa as soon as the results get forwarded.
All the best!
I'm not using a shipping company. I'll be bringing my stuff with me on my flight.CanNZ said:No, the shipping company should give you a form with the number of boxes being sent an a general description of the contents of each box. The exception to this rule is elections and jewelry, for those they do want a detailed description of them. In the case of jewelry, they might even want the weight.
