Thanks Tagum for your response.. I havent emailed the phil consulate in china but I already emailed phil consulate in the cebu but no reply yet..My worry is that, just what if I cant get it, does it mean they can cancel our apps? I dont really want to be nega..... but I am just sick of that PC.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Example CEM SUPPOSEDLY SENT US AN EMAIL AUG 1,2012,,ASKING QUESTIONS TO BE ANSWERED IN 30 DAYS,,,,WE NEVER FOUND OUT ABOUT THIS UNTIL FEB 23 2013 Shocked Shocked Shocked THIS IS A GOOD REASON WHY EVERYONE SHOULD SEND EMAILS TO CEM QUESTIONING THEM IF THEY REQUIRE SOMETHING OR WHY APP IS TAKING SO LONG Im sure there is a way to get it,,,others have worked in china and came to canada

In Canada if you want the police clearance you go to the RCMP (not city police, not sherriffs) and ask for your police record,,,,,maybe you need to find the correct police force and ask for the proper type of papers issued there

Hi everyone!

I hope i am in the right place to ask this question since i've been searching the web for quiries and since this is a forum with all the people having the same situation with mine, guess i can find the answer i've been looking for.

So, i received an email from the embassy for my passport and they are asking for 3 docs:
Appendix A
AOM
Passport

and i have a lot of questions in regrards with this appendix A.
-It says here that all members of the family accompanying or not should fill up the form ( when they say members of the family? do they mean my parents and siblings? or just me and my husband.
- is it one form per family member?
- if family means parents and siblings, the form says applicant? ill just fill in their names? and ill just sign on the principal applicant area?
-do i need to send in photo? since they attached a file with a photo specs, if yes? how many?

im sorry if i have lots of questions but i hope somone here can enlighten me.

one more thing, so after this step (PPR) how long woukd it take for the visa to be release.

AOM is a cenomar of the applicant which tells on it if the person is married or single get it at NSO

I would assume just your wife unless her siblings are dependant on her,,,,,i think most people send 4 pictures,,,,,i also assume she is the only one that did an original medical

im sorry to confuse you. im the wife.my. husband is in canada. he is a canadian citizen, so if i understand you correctly, since i dont have kids. i will be the only one filling up the appendix A? no parents and siblings?

But in China it is a bit difficult. Most of them cant really communicate well(language barrier) Most of them can't speak english, My friend who was supposed to help me doesn't even know what is that police clearance. She has to look for the meaning of it(translation in mandarin).. then she said the police officer told her that they dont issue that kind of certificate to foreigners even their own nationals.. I feel so strange how come?... .. I dont know whatelse to say.. :'( Thanks tagum for your time answering my questions.. I really hope I can find someone who can help me get it.

There should be someone in the tagalog thread that can help you,,,,i think there is many more people there,,,someone there must be the same situation worked in china
