Congrats again Dan and Cranberries for the DMs. I hope Iay, Gooner and the others who hasnt received DM's, IP's, etc will get theirs soon. BTW, for those who got their DM's, did you guys get a call or email from CEM? Is it generally safe to assume DM = VISA?

Yeah, DM is either a Visa or a rejection. But they won't do a rejection unless they give you an interview first.

Have been thinking the same thing...there's activity at least...and seems plenty of it....I wish I could read Tagalog

Question.....please....when a ppr happens....is it normal to have to submit within 45 days or is that my imagination? I see from some peoples timelines that they hold passports for eons without cause...IF a request is made by CEM...and my wife needed her passport could the submission be delayed or does that delay processing even MORE ! Probably huh!

Is it normally a 45 day timeline to give up passports?

they had my wifes passport for 16 months

Hi there! You should email CEM and follow up, i just emailed them last monday and a day after got a replied from them, they said queued for the review and my medical was valid till Jan. 2. Last night i checked my ecas its In process already last Oct. 23,2013..

I think you will have your visa b4the meds expire now that you
r in process,,,expect them to contact you telling you will need to pick up your visa and show an itinerary for your flight

Once it gets to the point they are contacting you, will they send an email or letter or both? Do they CC the sponsor if it's an email?
