I can't blame you Dan, got same thoughts.lol But yeah, we did a full redo of medical and still waiting. As you can see, my timeline is close to yours but I'm just a week ahead. :) Did your ecas change to 'in process' at least? Mine did last Oct 9th. ;) I'm hoping we get it real soon cause I'm about to blow up. :-\

Nope not even an ecas change for us. You know even that would be enough to let you know you where being qued up for the finish line at least.

Hey Steph, GCMS notes showed nothing (ie: no red flags) nothing being waited for, other than the new medicals, which I had been told they already had in their possession by my MP. Everything "seemed" to be fine. It is just a matter of not getting shuffled to the bottom of the damned pile over and over.

id just like to tell everyone our Filipino son who has cerebral palsy on the right side is doing so well here in Canada,,,,i am amazed with his progress,,,,he is so happy here and energetic,,,so healthy looking now,,,his physical problems seem so minor now that he is here,,,,i love him so much and my 7 yeat old son loves him so much,,,,just a happy family here,,,goodluck everyone speedy visas I wish for all

Thanks Tag, like Toughgirl said, thanks for the wishes, greatly appreciated. And that is the whole thing of it, knowing there will be an end is the only thing that keeps a person from completely losing it. Although come 2015 I won't forget this when I go to vote either, I know The current Con's didn't create this situation or problems with CIC, but they certainly haven't fixed anything either, nor have they been a single bit of help (as in replies) while they have been in charge either.

lol let the strike start again .. get those temporary replacement back to work and kick those regulars off the table they arent doin anything .. those lazy regulars.. wanted the raise but aint doin their work zzzzz... hope you get yours soon dan .. hey tagum whats up ?? how's the 1st month ?? my wife's comin in 3 days lol too excited about it hahahah

I hear ya Dan. My file is back in Mississauga right now. We had to do some new paperwork which was a huge pain in the a__! No one, including my lawyer, knew how to fill it out. Our latest is they will forward the new form to CEM as soon as they open it....that takes anywhere from 2 - 6 weeks! Everything else is done, including the new medical. I didn't wait for them to request a redo, I had her go in and just do it. The medical expired Aug 22 and still no request. The only good news is my one daughters Canadian Citizenship is now done. Just working on the final approval for the wife, which they said she is approved, and eldest daughter which is the cause of all our problems.

Christmas is looking bleak at this point :(

I have never done the GCMS notes. Are they hard or long to get?

nope not hard at all .... but it takes at least 30days before they can give you the results in your email and it only costs $5.

Hello everyone! Just wanted to share the good news. I'm November applicant and I'm now with my beloved in Canada and enjoying every bit of it. Here's hoping everyone else waiting in line finally get reunited with their families soon.
