I work in multi discipline engineering firm in Edmonton....We could give her a job.

We are in Winnipeg but can always move. The only benefit to work for the federal government.

Yep...CIMA+ is across Canada.....but I don't have the same "pull" in that office....haha.

Certainly won't hold you to anything. The offer is generous enough. Unfortunately I am not too informed in the field of engineering to know who is who and what is what but I'm learning. I would just like to have her get a job that she finds rewarding. One disgruntled employee in the family is also enough.
