I would let him do it. He could probably do the same work with only 2 tools. Filipinos have a very high "McGivor Aptitude".
I worked with a farm girl in class who could do anything with a paperclip, piece of string and bobby pin. The McGivor aspect is frightening yet awesome.

My weakness are tools. I firmly believe that there is a tool for every job and will search high and low for it. I end up with 1000 tools of which 995 of which I have only used once.

haha, I think that's a guy thing. I have a small shoebox of tools I never use already, though. I'm becoming a tool-in-car hoarder.

When I left the programme at George Brown I had 1 tool case. I now have 5. They all go to every single appointment though I never use more than the 1.

That's why the old timers are all so funny lookin

Hey the thing about any project (home project I'm speaking to) is that it all comes down to "tools", have the "right tools". (And of course the confidence to complete the project). Two phobias come to mind for myself - plumbing and falling off a roof.

LOL. Too true. I am ready for anything. When my tools were stolen it cost me $5200 to replace them.

anybody here have an idea if paying the entire 1048 fee or deferring the right of permanent residence fee until ask affects the waiting time of your application?

It is supposed to be quicker if you pay it all upfront.

He wanted to post his visa on Facebook yesterday.. But I said he has to blur all the numbers since his wall is public and it's kind of important information. He doesn't know how to do that. So you know what he did - he cut out little pieces of black paper to hide the numbers, then took a photo! So funny :D

Awwww I can imagine this ;D so cute and funny. ;D
Congratulations again. Is he packed yet? What did you order from the Philippines? :D
