Maybe if you mention that the GCMS does not show the new meds but says "pending meds". If you give the dates they were done. Maybe they could check to kick an officer's ass to match them up for you.

BTW, I just shook my head at this wording in your decision, "On a balance of probabilities,"...I just hope the officers never failed stats in school.

That's been my theory the whole time, based on the spreadsheet, looking at how 'in-process' pertains to interview (always after), additional documents (usually after) and remeds (usually before).
And now I think my GCMS has proven it!

However... it then took a week to issue the re-medical. Unless it was issued at the time and not received.
