Hi Embpoj,
Thanks for ur reply.

Thanks.

what's the update on your status?

No. You can only check your e-cas once you received a letter of acknowledgement or known as the acknowledgement of receipt (AOR) from cic. That letter will contain your immigration file number which will allow you to check your status in e-cas. As of the moment, just wait for your AOR and once you get it, you can check your status from time to time.

incase they will call for interview for ur partner, they will call ur partner and set an appointment with him and ur if really want to join during the interview ur partner could ask for reschedule and inform the VO that u will be coming to the Philippines and want to join during the interview process.

VINTA :if u know ur file number or ur partner number and other information's u can check online

Ace,

May I request if you could lay down the dates and the processing that you encounter with your application? Like for example...

Date when you received your AOR?
DAte when you received PPR?
DAte when you received another request of docs from CIC?

Thanks.

I have a question, sana po may makasagot.

I just arrived last February as PR. I have a girlfriend back home who is married but is already separated. My girlfriend and I have been together for three years now, more than two years before I came to Canada.

The problem is I did not declare my girlfriend and her kids in my application as PR because she is still married and you know how it is in the Philippines. I only learned about conjugal partners last night and I got excited with the possibility of sponsoring her and her kids. However, I'm thinking that the Immigration Office might think differently since I did not declare our partnership in my PR application.

Please help us. We have loads of proof of our relationship including joint bank account, remittances, various items that I bought online with her as the recipient, I have named her as beneficiary in my life insurance, we have plane tickets, photos with her kids, friends, and family, emails, fb messages, bbm chats, phone bills, etc.

I hope that the non-declaration will not be much of an issue. Or that they would, at least, consider my reasons for not declaring her and her kids.

I just got an email from CEM saying that they scheduled me for an interview on November 13

Hello Everyone,

I am just new in here and i just recently found this forum site...We submitted our application last November 28,2011...done with the medical exam...i submitted my passport last March 2012 as per request by the embassy...June 2012 my partner got a letter from Embassy Manila requesting for additional documentations because the embassy seemed not so satisfy with our documents we first submitted. So my partner submitted his Will and a joint credit card account. All these efforts are assisted by Atty Michael Battista.

Just yesterday my partner and I checked the status of our application through ECAS and it says DECISION MADE...could anyone give your opinion about this please....i have really mixed emotions because i was not even called for an interview but then our application says DECISION MADE....please do reply...i really need your help....thanks and God bless us all....
