Hello embopj,

I am just new in here and i just recently found this forum site...We submitted our application last November 28,2011...done with the medical exam...i submitted my passport last March 2012 as per request by the embassy...June 2012 my partner got a letter from Embassy Manila requesting for additional documentations because the embassy seemed not so satisfy with our documents we first submitted. So my partner submitted his Will and a joint credit card account.All these efforts are assisted by Atty Michael Battista.

Just yesterday my partner and I checked the status of our application through ECAS and it says DECISION MADE...could anyone give your opinion about this please....i have really mixed emotions because i was not even called for an interview but then our application says DECISION MADE....please do reply...i really need your help....thanks and God bless us all....

Hi...Decision Made Im pretty sure that you'll get the Visa soon. Congrats!!! So are you also same sex or M/F.

ang additional docs na sinubmit nami ay joint credit card accounts at tsaka last will ng partner ko....ipinasa yun around July 2012 tapos nung tiningnan namin sa ECAS...August 13, 2012 starting processing our application....tapos IN PROCESS and nkalagay....kahapon lng talaga, ka chat ko yung partner ko tapos he checked our application status,DECISION MADE na ang nakalagay....kinakabahan lng ako kasi yung ibang nabigyan ng visa ininterview cla bago nag decision made taz ako...hindi man ako tinawag for interview...nakakaloka....may ganun ba talaga na case? nag DM na kahit wlang interview? sana positive talaga....hehehehe....

Ung sa akin naipasa ko add. docs ko nung Aug. 24 tanggap nila ng Aug. 27 till now ala pa din updates, then mas makapal ung naibigay kong add.actually kc don sa unang docs. na pinasa namin marami kaming inde sinama confident na kc ung partner ko sa mga pinasa nyaand yes may nabasa kong 2 conjugal here na DM agad without interview possible nman un as long as convinced na ang VO, same sex din kami F/F, 10 months din inabot nung application nyo kami kaya, nakakaloka talaga..

I just got an email from CEM saying that they scheduled me for an interview on November 13

we meet August 2008 and he visited me twice here in the Philippines...we traveled together to Vietnam and Malaysia during his second visit..the last correspondence we got from the embassy said that the visa officer was not satisfied with the documentations we submitted so the VO gave us the opportunity to provide additional documentations...our lawyer Atty. Battista advised my partner to submit the Will and joint credit card account...those two documents were submitted last July 2012 and it was received by the embassy August 13, 2012 as per reflected on ECAS...until yesterday it was DECISION MADE over ECAS... actually i am from Davao...kung sa nabasa mo na in two weeks time they got their visa after DM, sana lang talaga ma receive ko ang visa end of this month....fingers crossed...hehehehehe....

Dumaan ba sa in process ung ECAS mo, hirap nman inde mo man lang alam if napasakamay nila ung additional docs na binigay, pareho tau ng letter na natanggap well most ata ng conjugal is hinihingan ng additional docs and lucky U kc wala ka ng interview visa na yan, kc pag inde pa convince ang VO for sure they will invite U for an interview..wehhhhhh sana kami din..Congrats!!!

After namin na i submit yung last Will at joint credit card account sa lawyer...bale ang lawyer na po ang nag submit nun sa embassy...we submitted it to him around july 9 to 11 as we were only given until July 15 2012 to provide additional documents...and when we checked on ECAS it says IN PROCESS - we started processing your application on August 13, 2012...IN PROCESS and remark sa ECAS until yesterday...DM na...sana lng talaga visa na yun....cguro mga end of this month cguro yun dadating kung papalarin kasi malayo ako sa manila...taga davao kasi ako....ikaw Ace taga saan ka?
