Hello,

I am a Canadian living in Egypt and I want to sponsor my wife who living with me in Egypt. Can I send my sponsorship application from Egypt to CPC-M? Also when the application is getting approved, will they send me a letter to Egypt informing me with the result?, or it is better to specify a Canadian mailing address in the application to receive their mails. I can use a mail address of one friend in Canada?

Hi

Yes, you can send your application from Egypt to CPC-M.

If you include an email address, they usually use that instead of snail mail.

Use your address, not someone else's. It doesn't matter if your address is not in Canada.

what if they need to return the application to me for any reason, e.g. incomplete, will they still be able to send overseas?

dear you can do it the way you have told. but what about the sponsorship approval? if you do not have enough savings or a job in canada, will they approve you as a sponsor?

Neither savings nor a job in Canada is required for sponsorship approval.

Spousal sponsorship does not require a minimum income. He should provide a letter explaining his intent to resettle in Canada and how he will go about doing so but what you mentioned above is not a requirement to be approved.
