Here is my problem friends,

I applied for my study Visa today. I have taken help of a consultant for my application process. Each and every document was in place from my side and I was positive about my application. My consultant had filled the forms before I reached their office, I asked her to show me all the forms so I can verify information but she was in some kind of hurry and quickly scrolled through the forms in front of me and I couldnt catch the mistake myself since she did it real quick.
I applied for the visa online and after that I asked her to send me all the scanned documents to my email, just for myself to have a record.

After reaching home when I checked she had made 2 errors in visa forms.
1. In family information form she made a one alphabet mistake in my mother's name.
2. In another form which was for "help of a representative" I saw that she had swapped my family name and my given name.

The main form for study visa and all other documents are correct.

Please guide me if I should try to inform Visa officer about this or it can be ignored as a general human error.

I am very confused right now, please help :(

p.s Its not my case, I am already in Canada since 2014, its a close friend of mine, posting on her behalf, her exact words

It should go throught. They might ignore it as a typo. But you never know.
