Hi Ryan,
If you see my timelines you would notice that you are already much ahead in this process. I have been waiting almost a year for my MR. I wish you all the very best and hope you get into Canada before me. Your sensible comments will surely help me prepare better for my landing and the wittiness will make reading enjoyable.

For a lot of us this is a very emotional dream and very important for our children's future, I don't see it as a race at all. No matter when we get there, I hope we are all blessed to be there someday soon.
So to answer your question, its chicken mate.

GCMS is here. i will share some of the details with u to get ur views on it.

updated date: 2012/06/06 (i guess this was the date the GCMS request was recieved by the VO cause its the same as request date)
App status: open
reason: in progress
ministeral instructions: met
LCP start date: ..............
assessments: eligibility - not started, security - not started, criminality - not started, medical - not started
due date: 2012/07/06

there were two eligibility assessement and i was given 67 points which is about the same as i was expecting. both eligibilty assessment had status update of 11/16/2011 and due date of 12/15/2011.
Security hasnt been started and given a due date of 2012/11/16
Crimnality hasnt been started and given the same due date
in the notes section few observations have been made:
1. MC (marriage certificate) appears to be a late entry - i did get the NADRA MC when i was filing the application.
2. one of my experience in a dental clinic for a period of 7 months is not mentionsed in the notes while the other two experience befor and after this clinic experience is mentioned. in the notes there is also a mention of SIGNATURES?? (i dont know wht it is all about)

so this is all about it. ur views plz:)
thanx n regards

Hi Ovais,
I have got two GCMS notes already. The key info on that is Application Assignment.
If it is blank then it hasn't reached a Visa Officers desk as yet. In my first GCMS notes it was blank.
My second one had Assigned To, Assigned By, and Due Date which was 19 May 2012.
Hope this info helps.

Oh well can't please everyone. As you can probably tell I am used to upsetting people now and then.

Whilst I wish nothing to go wrong for ASMB in him gaining the visa for him and his family, I really want to get mine before him now.

Remember, if your doctor asks you to take off all your clothes don't take off you pants :-)

Good luck for a smooth medical buddy

Ha Ha Ha, I read about your experience. My doctor is also going to be a female.
Since it couldn't get you lucky.......I don't seem to have a chance at all mate.
By the way, I live in the Middle East and taking off all my clothes in this case can land me in a lot of trouble.

One thing I never remember is the difference in cultures. Some of the antics I have gotten upto in my life would have been severely dealt with by the authorities in other countries.

yup! i can assure tht its sittin pretty on the desk of IO this very moment! for the first time i cant concentrate on the djoko fed slugfest!:(

Really? Don't take this the wrong way but are you wearing a dress?
I didn't see anything to take in a wrong way.
And if you really must know, I am in my pyjamas.
I hope you wouldn't ask for my SIZE next :-)

I know you have a good sense of humor so it is all in that spirit mate.

Tim Hortons is open all year round with the exception of Christmas (in some cases they remain open even for this day).

Any people coming into the store witha Starbucks cup coes how ever run the risk of being beaten

Ok then I will ask you something completely different.

What has made the processing of your application go so slowly? With an AEO they are supposed to prioritise your application.

I would have been jumping up and down at them with your time line and I would have gotten my gf's dad to make a complaint with his local MP.

This post is the epitome of how to tell someone to STFU without saying it in a rude way.

To make it even more embarassing to me he wrote this whilst in his pyjamas. ASMB the man you don't want to mess with ;D
