To prove relation in Canada u can provide DNA tests of both end.meem said:Dear forum members,
I appreciate you all, showing concern regarding my situation. I actually did provide them evry thing regarding my spouse uncle includes:
Birth certificates of paternal uncle and father of my spouse
Citizen ship card
utility bill of uncle
Actually this is my second time got rejected for no reason. First time i applied in jan 2011 and i claimed points on behalf of my sister providing them proof but they rejected my application at CIO sydney level as i mentioned quebec as my destination in the form cause my sister residing in quebec, but i filled form for FSW1 class under noc 3112 and they rejected by saying you should apply for quebec sw program "strange".... Then second time i applied i mentioned my sister in family info form only but did not provide any document fearing the previous situation. Got per in jan 2012... now they rejected my application on the basis that i did not provided any supporting document for my sister and as far as my spouse uncle concern they could not established any relationship with me.
Pls seniors help me regarding reconsideration letter. Should i email them or send them letter by postal mail. pls advise... :-\
I have heard someone say their consultant told em if you send too many cse then they put your app to the back of the queue. I dont personally believe it as I think the consultant was just being lazy.SABU79 said:Hello All,

Tell your wife you wont send the email but secretly do. If you do get put to the back she will never know it was your fault but if you get something of some relevance you can make yourself out to be a hero 8)
Thank you for your reply. Did your ecas status say "Decision Made" before receiving refusal letter?meem said:Regular mail or snail mail dear

@ Meem, i will advice you not to give up! prepare and submit a reconsideration letter along with more documents and if possible a DNA of your relatives as some one has said. you can also ask a solicitor to help you prepare a detail letter, if you want.meem said:Dear forum members,

This seems more complicated than what your first indicated.meem said:Dear forum members,

i had mentioned my sister and spouse uncle in both applications truly and i never claim adaptability points on the basis of my sister pr as she is in Canada not for so long but i have to mention her so i do but in the application background declaration form i mentioned my spouse uncle as a relative for adaptability points as my sister only mentioned in family info form with her current address.THis time i mentioned Toronto Ontario.ryanomil said:This seems more complicated than what your first indicated.
As this was your second application they would have used the info they had from the first to cross reference with your second application so they would have found it suss that you had your sisters info in the first but not the second.
If your destination was going to be Quebec then it isn't strange they rejected you. Quebec has it's own way of applying for PR and if that was your intended destination then you should have applied using the Quebec application.
In your reconsideration letter carefully explain as to why you didn't provide the documents relating to your sister. Providing them now would be of no use but you need to explain why as it does look very dodgey. Argue that the info you have provided clearly shows your relationshp with your uncle and ask for the reconsideration on this fact.
Where have you provided as your destination in this application?

very sorry for you. i think relatives of principal applicant is needed.you were the principle applicant not your spouse and for your sister supporting documents were not provided. this is my opinion i am not sure.meem said:Dear forum member today i received refusal on insufficient points basis which are 63 as they have not given me points for adaptability for relative in Canada i have mentioned my spouse uncle as a relative in Canada plus i have sister in Canada which i mentioned in family info form but they did not consider anyone .i have a question if i want to apply for reconsideration what should i do. pls guide me that may i have a right to appeal against this decision?
