I also had applied first time GCMS notes through Lawpoint.ca.
They have charged me 25$.
I will be getting on 20th Aug, 2012

Hi Ovais,
I have got two GCMS notes already. The key info on that is Application Assignment.
If it is blank then it hasn't reached a Visa Officers desk as yet. In my first GCMS notes it was blank.
My second one had Assigned To, Assigned By, and Due Date which was 19 May 2012.
Hope this info helps.

Can you plz interpret this answer and give ur vews on this.

It's very hard to conclude from this email. But it's a good sign that file is being reviewed. It was ' file is waiting to be reviewed' before . Ur mr will be with u very soon inshallah.
I also sent an email today. So pla wish me luck, hope I will get my mr before getting reply from LVO.

i had mentioned my sister and spouse uncle in both applications truly and i never claim adaptability points on the basis of my sister pr as she is in Canada not for so long but i have to mention her so i do but in the application background declaration form i mentioned my spouse uncle as a relative for adaptability points as my sister only mentioned in family info form with her current address.THis time i mentioned Toronto Ontario.

I also received similar reply to my case update from LVO. I believe we passed the selection stage and just staying in que to receive the MR.
