Hi Meem,

I suggest to send the letter by mail but use a courier if possible so you can be sure it arrives quick and should get confirmation of delivery. You could also say that in your first application you had provided proof for your sister and you thought they would check those this time too. Explain than in your first application you chose the wrong POE and you did not realize a different form was needed for Quebec. Provide every relevant document that proofs your relation with your sister (the ones that you sent on your 1st app.) if they don't accept them then they don't but if they do then you may get the extra points. Also ask to reconsider about you wife's uncle cause if dependant relative counts as well then you should have got points for that. Have a detailed read through the guide regarding claiming points for relatives and you may find some more info of what is needed too....
Just my opinion by I think it may be worth a try......Good Luck!!!!!

How did you sent them your email? Did you just reply to their email which was sent to you or using the CSE webform?

Mr.Engineer, shahzad395, Optimist22222, ovais, Canadiantobe, rKo, ryanomil, yolex01, now, Mr PRESIDENT, possie, m.ibrahim, SABU79 - Thank you all for the best wishes.

I hope all waiting for the MR get it soon, and get the much deserved break from checking E-CAS as I have not been doing so for a few days now. Well, it will be a short break until I am done with my medicals which is scheduled for next week.

Remember, if your doctor asks you to take off all your clothes don't take off you pants :-)

Good luck for a smooth medical buddy

1st I sent mail using the webform to request update telling them that my rep was replying back to me. They answer back by e-mail (it's posted in the forum) and they said I could reply to that e-mail with updated address & they will update file. So I reply to them saying that I wanted to cancel rep & attached the signed form together with updated details and got reply today in the morning....

ASMB,

With your recent Medicals being received I hereby challenge you to a race to getting into Canada.

We received the 2nd line at the same time and we got the MR at the same time.

This is merely a sportsmans bet so there will be no loss in a monetary sense just pride. You in or are ya chicken? :P

Hi Ryan,
If you see my timelines you would notice that you are already much ahead in this process. I have been waiting almost a year for my MR. I wish you all the very best and hope you get into Canada before me. Your sensible comments will surely help me prepare better for my landing and the wittiness will make reading enjoyable.

For a lot of us this is a very emotional dream and very important for our children's future, I don't see it as a race at all. No matter when we get there, I hope we are all blessed to be there someday soon.
So to answer your question, its chicken mate.

Dear ASMB

Congratulation for your MR.
My home address is in Ajman and sometimes no one is in home during day time ,
So would you please advise me exactly how you receive your MR? By Empost or any other courier? if they called you before delivery?
Is there your mobile number on the package that make them able to call you?
i am just little worry that maybe i miss any letter from London CHC as they usually don't inform us about sending of it

regards

Hi Arta,
I had the same concerns, hence I got myself a PO Box. Went to check almost everyday since I got my PER.

They send it by regular email so you have to keep in touch with your mailman. Why don't you visit your post office and get to know a bit more about the way they process. As far as I understand all post offices have a team of people alloted to cover specific areas, maybe you can meet them and request for some special attention and give them your contact numbers.
Good luck!
