Did you submit all the supporting docs required to verify your relation with those relatives. It include their and your mutual parents' docs. They are mentioned in the guide and if you submit them then why did they refuse/not included its points.

Hi sorry to hear the bad news.
It's very odd, looking at the spreadsheet you got 2ond line on 20/06/12 and got refused on the point basis?
This is something for seniors to express their views.

LVO is so unpredictable, it's almost like they looking for any little thing to refuse the application's.

Guys plz comment on my message.

Well it certainly isn't negative. It just sounds like you gotta wait for the next batch of MR to be sent

Is she your own sister, from the same bio-logical parents?

if YES, Then write to LVO by providing the following

1- birth certificate certified copies of YOU and Your Sister
2- PR card copy of your sister
3- Proof of residence of your sister in canada, Like a credit card statement, or rental agreement.
4- Also draw up a Family Tree of your family like a hierarchy chart
*** 5- most importantly... during the time of your sisters PR, process she should have listed your name as a family member, under " Additional Family Information Form"

If NO. I am very sorry, you should try to increase your points.

Regarding your wife's uncle, to claim points. Please write to LVO

1- Draw a family tree of wifes family from the grand parents of your wife. then their children (uncles and aunties of your wife) then show how is your wife's connection to your uncle.
2- Also better provide brith certificate copies of your WIFE's
grand parents,
Wifes father and mother
Uncles birth certificate
pr card copy
proof of residence in canada

I did submitted the above to claim 5 points for my bio-logical brother and i got my PER. waiting for 2nd line.

Abu,

Did you get rejection letter as well?

It is unlikely that a VO will take into consideration new evidence provided in support of your application. This is only what I have read so I maybe wrong

It depends on her supporting dox, if they were not up to date or according to CIC requirements VO might deducted the family points.

I totaly agree , on other hand is starnge that they picked up on it so late into proccesing also if he/she failed to provide
required papers why CIC hasn't picked on that.

NOT YET!!!!!!!!! God willing I dont expect a rejection letter.

Not submitting supporting document, is an ignorance of the applicant. But still no harm in re-providing genuine documents to LVO and explaining the fact which is a truth that was not bought to evidence.

I completely agree, the problem is that from other peoples experiences the VO's are completely inflexible when it come to submitting further evidence once they have sent a refusal letter.

Only way is to argue that the evidence you provided originally was over looked and that the points were unfairly deducted. This what I hope Meem can do with their current situation.

Dear forum members,
I appreciate you all, showing concern regarding my situation. I actually did provide them evry thing regarding my spouse uncle includes:
Birth certificates of paternal uncle and father of my spouse
Citizen ship card
utility bill of uncle
Actually this is my second time got rejected for no reason. First time i applied in jan 2011 and i claimed points on behalf of my sister providing them proof but they rejected my application at CIO sydney level as i mentioned quebec as my destination in the form cause my sister residing in quebec, but i filled form for FSW1 class under noc 3112 and they rejected by saying you should apply for quebec sw program "strange".... :o Then second time i applied i mentioned my sister in family info form only but did not provide any document fearing the previous situation. Got per in jan 2012... :) now they rejected my application on the basis that i did not provided any supporting document for my sister and as far as my spouse uncle concern they could not established any relationship with me.

Pls seniors help me regarding reconsideration letter. Should i email them or send them letter by postal mail. pls advise... :-\
