it might be so n i hope it is. but if the due date is 7/6/2012 it means tht the BGC will start only after this date and it might be some time before i get any kind of status update.

If they have already assessed your work experience, I think it shows that the BGC,if not completed,has at least started.

Mr E believes that the BGC is done and he is right more times than he is wrong. He was however a little mean to Mr Kenney but we forgive Mr E. I think there is a delay at the moment with them sending out the MR to FSW1 apps for MI3 but there doesn't seem to be much movement in any of the other apps recently. With the announcement made about the "pause" I am hoping they are preparing how they are going to tackle the back log in the next 6 months.

There does seem to be a very stop start pattern happening with LVO and hopefully when they start back up again you will get the MR. I am hoping that I am right and they have sent a whole load out this week and they are simply in transit to everyone now. I still have my prediction of the MR's being sent last week and this week which I do not want to be proven wrong.

GCMS is here. i will share some of the details with u to get ur views on it.

updated date: 2012/06/06 (i guess this was the date the GCMS request was recieved by the VO cause its the same as request date)
App status: open
reason: in progress
ministeral instructions: met
LCP start date: ..............
assessments: eligibility - not started, security - not started, criminality - not started, medical - not started
due date: 2012/07/06

there were two eligibility assessement and i was given 67 points which is about the same as i was expecting. both eligibilty assessment had status update of 11/16/2011 and due date of 12/15/2011.
Security hasnt been started and given a due date of 2012/11/16
Crimnality hasnt been started and given the same due date
in the notes section few observations have been made:
1. MC (marriage certificate) appears to be a late entry - i did get the NADRA MC when i was filing the application.
2. one of my experience in a dental clinic for a period of 7 months is not mentionsed in the notes while the other two experience befor and after this clinic experience is mentioned. in the notes there is also a mention of SIGNATURES?? (i dont know wht it is all about)

but i feel for MI3 applicants, 1st BFD is given by CIC so file undergo INPROCESS after PER and BGC starts as the file is received by VO, and on 1st BFD the file is revised by VO against the BGC results.

That make sense so MR E we were right all along after the second line it is Only MR time except some refusal because of background check

I wanted to suggest adding an extra line in the spreadsheet to put the category (FSW1, FSW2). I was thinking it may give us an idea as how LVO are sending MRs and when they start sending to FSW1....Just an idea not sure what they rest of the forum will think...
