There is so little happening on this forum at the moment. You would have thought they would be turning the after burners on to reduce all the outstanding applicants waiting to land.

It appears so.....I sent yesterday an e-mail to LVO with cancellation form for my consultant (who of course still has replied to any of my e-mails) and update address for myself and some other info. Besides that no news from my side just waiting for reply from LVO and E-cas update with my new address. Last time they replied within 2 weeks so we'll see. Good luck to everyone for prompt news.....

Dear Meem,

I am really sorry for your bad news. Did you send any kind of paperwork as proof of relative in canada? Also, did you check which relatives are accepted for immigration purposes as I am under the impression only certain kind of relatives are considered, in any case a sister should have been ok. I am sure the more senior forum members would be able to give you better advice regarding reconsideration process but I think proof of your relative resident status in canada is key.

Could you pls share your timeline with us, like NOC, PER, in process date, 2nd line & where are you resident pls....

Regards,

Yolanda

Sorry to hear this Meem. For a reconsideration letter you can only use the documents you presented originally. If you believe you gave enough evidence to prove your relation in Canada you have a chance. If you didn't they will unfortunately not accept any further documents to back your claim.

What evidence did you provide for your relative?
