I wanted to ask one more thing. I have seen many MI2 applicants getting MR thru TCS but in case of MI3 they are getting it thru normal post so whts the reason for this difference? Is there any logic behind this or just like that?

Things are very unprictable with CIC, nothing is fixed it totally depends on their mood really lot of surprises are there and this 2nd line 3rd line things is nothing everything will happen in certain time.

Applicants who get their mr through tcs usually are those applicants who have sent their orignal documents to LVO so LVO send their orignal documents back to them through tcs along with mr.

Atleast ppl are getting hopes with this 2nd line and you are destroying all those hopes. Even if nothing happens but still hopes shall never die...
