Ill just send my drafts from al fardan and see what happens, i think if exchange are not being accepted anymore then they should've stopped issuing.

Same here with me. Im thinking to change or just take the risk. I dis it to the same exchange in my initial app and i didnt have a problem, just dont know now. But biju, one of the seniors in other threads told me its still accepted some exchange just simply dont issue DD anymore.now said:

The contention remains in "issuing" -- not in "accepting".
CIC 'accepts' drafts issued from anywhere... it's another matter that most Forex Houses in Dubai do not have a bonafide partnership with a Canadian Financial Institution, thus they r 'unable' to 'issue' drafts. While Al Fardan is in partnership with BMO -- so it 'works'.
