What about the cancer patient who gets their treatment late because of budget cuts so they are delayed and the cancer spreads to the second node. Better late than never? Nope, bettter dead than alive in that case.

I am thinking exactly like that.

guy goes to meet his girl but arrives late. Due to his lateness girl thinks she is being stood up so when he finally arrives she has either

A. Already met a new man who has taken advantage of her vulnerable state and she is already in a taxi back to his.

B. Is so angry that when he does arrive she kicks him in the no no region for not texting or letting her know why he was being late and then dumps him.

C. She can't handle the rejection of her man turning up late after finding out that due her delayed cancer treatment it has now spread and her chances of survival have now plumetted. Man arrives to find a suicide note waiting for him.
