LVO Applicants July 01, 2011 FSW Applicants_MI 3

• There is no evidence that LVO is working according to FIFO for MI1,MI2 and MI3 because there is no significant movement on MI1 and MI2 forums.
• Even till 15th June, hundreds of MI1 applicants received inprocess line, refusal letters and 65 applicants received MRs but there is no significant movement after 15th June.
• Even those applicants of MI1who received 6 to 12 months waiting letters have no updates.
• Even NDVO which is most efficient VO has no updates.
• So I think this is only temporary Pause related to internal arrangements for new immigration year.
• Mostly applicants received MR within 30 days after 2nd line but they are also effected by this temporary pause.
• Two applicants received refusal letters within 15 days of 2nd line and their refusal letters clearly mentioned refusal on BGC results.
• Two applicants received reply from LVO in response of their enquiry which have positive sign of MR.
• I think SABU CSE reply is only generic one.

I do completely understand what you are saying Mr E but there have been a few, not a lot, but a few cases where the older applicants have received some movement.

Unlike MI3 you wouldn't expect to see such big movement as in most cases these older applications are more difficult to process and require more of the VO's time prior to being able to move to the next case.

I certainly hope that you are right in regards to the "pause" merely relating to internal changes happening and that processing as normal will be happening soon. Wouldn't it be great if all they are doing right now is using a skeleton staff to process the apps while everyone else is implementing new procedures so when they start back up again everything will just start taking off

I am loosing hope. I cant make any sense the way LVO work. I got my second line and now they are saying I am in aque. What does it mean?

Thanks Mr. E for the info. I have seen on the Pakistan Applicants Forum that I few members have got MR after file got processing date but not sure if they are MI1, 2 or 3. Could you pls comment on this?

Well for you it is just a matter of time sis soon you will get your PPR1 .lvo is working a bit slow at the moment but it's gonna come through soon for ya

Soy peruana asi que el español es mi lengua materna....

Give it till the end of the month "now". If I am correct I have seen some timelines where 3rd line came about a month from MR done & PPR a month after that..
